    Hello All,

    I e-filed my first EAD renewal yesterday(07.12.2008). Mine is the classical case where i submitted in the window of August 2007 window and the AP and EAD was approved in October 2007.

    My wife is an F-1 student and I concurrently filed on her behalf in Aug 2007.

    Now while renewing my wife's EAD in the efile process, I did the following steps

    1. Started a new I-765 for wife
    2. Filled all the details.
    3. Added I-131 also

    i went ahead and efiled her application (both EAD and AP). Mine is the emplyment based I-485. Assuming that since she is dependent on me, I marked her application as family based I-485.

    Reviewing the pdf, I saw that her documents need to go to the National Benefits Center, while mine is the Texas Service Center.

    Did I commit a mistake? If so, how can I correct it.

    Thanks for all your input on this one, and also the countless other experiences in the past when i have consulted this wonderful forum......

    How do I get a black border around a box I make using the rectangle tool in Photoshop 6.0? I know there is an easy way to do so, since I see it so often. Did I accidently turn that off, as in, it originally is there, or do I have to toggle something? :q:

    Thanks for the reply.

    They said she can start as soon as it it approved.Only thng i am worried about is when she wants to transfer H1b what are the hurdles have to be faced.I heard or enquired that as long as Quota is there she can transfer H1B.

    Is it legally difficult because transfering from Non Profit to Regular Organization.

    Will wait for a RFE to send a AC-21 letter.

    Its a shame that they still promote the 50,000 GC visas for the so called "diversity" program. And yet don't care about the 100's of thousands folks who are legally here and aspiring to assimilate with the American society and paying huge taxes (H1's do pa more taxes then citizens).

    I was little worried about filing AC21 when I am just 4 months away from GC. Filing AC21 with my current situation would not bother my GC then I am very much happy to switch over...Thanks everyone.

    Mmmm, doesn't have a lot of stumpiness. I mean. I can see the stump, and there's nice light, but the bottom of the stump is dark, and the shape isn't defined as a stump. I think a different wider angle making the stump more obvious in it's surreoundings, or a tighter shot for an abstract pattern/texture might have worked better. I can see why you composed it as you did, there's nice light/dark balance overall, but there is no particular focal point for the eye and that leaves you sort of wandering when you look at it. My opinion, your mileage may vary...
